Ope, this place felt like home! The staff were just like old pals, especially Mr Taha and Mr Fouad who went outta their way to help me. The room was a nice blend of cozy and modern, and that breakfast? It kept me going with no complaints! Wish the WiFi was faster, though.

The staff were very welcoming and eager to assist.

I faced several issues during my stay that left me quite disappointed. First, the cleanliness in my room was not up to standard. I found dust everywhere and even bugs in the bed covers. Additionally, the mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows looked old and used. To top it off, when I requested simple items like juice or ice, they were unavailable, which made my experience even more frustrating.

Positive, I had a fantastic time. I was upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our last night in Jordan. The staff were super helpful and cute. I really loved the charming ambiance. It felt inviting.

Rooms inconsistent in quality!!! Cleanliness needs serious attention, with dust present everywhere, including the fridge and mirrors!!! It would be beneficial to standardize room types and ensure cleanliness before guests check in!!!

I had a great time at Guest House Hotel Amman! Room was spacious, clean, and the staff were super friendly. Plus, it's a nice spot close to some great restaurants and just a quick Uber ride to the city center. Breakfast could use more variety, though.

The breakfast included an incredible assortment, like cheese platters and fresh bread. I also loved the charming design of the dining area, making each meal feel special. The room was large and tidy. I appreciated the two bottles of water provided for a refreshing touch!

I stayed in a Standard King Room and it was spacious and clean. The decor gave a cozy vibe, making it feel like a home away from home. I loved the nice view from the room and the two complimentary bottles of water were a great touch. Although the mattress could have been more comfortable, the overall ambiance was inviting.
